Azure Admin Center cant add my Domain

I would like add my domain XXXX.de to my admin center. I used my private microsoft acc to create a organisation. First i tried to add my domain with this acc. But with the TXT record set i cant validate the domain (after weeks).
Now i added a new user ******@xxxx.onmicrosoft.com. With this User i got a new error with more details. It says that my old deleted User has this domain. But i deleted the domain and after this i deleted the user.
I tried many different things on this. Delete my domain, create new TXT record and MX records. But this error is still there. Can anybody help me with this?
