Missing Partner ID

In previous years, I used an MPN ID as a Microsoft partner with my corporate email. However, now when I log into the Microsoft Partner Portal with my email, it says that the account is personal, and the system prompts me to create a new account. My question is: how can I recover my partner account with my usual ID?.
