Virtual Server will not allow me to connect. I have tried most of the solution (i.e. redeploy, port changes, I am getting 2 different 1) when I try from 1 of computers I get - You have been disconnected because another connection was made to the remote PC. 2) From my other computer - Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons: A. not enabled B. computer turned off C. not available on network.

Azure confirmed that the virtual computer is running, is accessible, and the port is available. not sure how to fix.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to rdp not connect.

Open the Remote Desktop settings on the VM and ensure that multiple connections are allowed. You can do this by:

Right-clicking on "This PC" and selecting "Properties".

Clicking on "Remote settings" on the left.

Under "Remote Desktop", ensure "Allow remote connections to this computer" is selected and "Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication (recommended)" is checked.

Ensure that the VM is connected to the correct virtual network and subnet.

Check if there are any network security group (NSG) rules or firewall settings that might be blocking the Remote Desktop connection.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
