Azuer OpenAI Vector Store randomly stuck in progress

I have the issue that when uploading Files to the Vector Store the Upload gets stuck in_progress. This happens from time to time and resolves after some days.
I tried to
- redeploy models
- delete all existing vector stores
- upload and linke files via API and portal
- I tried to get help from Helpcenter - didn't solve the problem - their recommendation to increase the quota was definitely not the issue
- online trouble shooting and support request is not usefull

Has anyone else those issues?

2025-03-06T09:27:30.2966667+00:00 It is working again, but I am not happy about this to appear randomly, especially when starting to deploy in production. We are repeatedly testing same workflows. Also there are no health monitors or other usefull responses to identify issue on my oen.

2025-03-07T10:00:43.5266667+00:00 It is almost impossible to get in touch with Azure Support Online. I have to go through a bunch of questions never getting the opportunity to finally send a request. Only once I managed to get to submit the form, where I got semioptimal support, arguing it was a quota issue, which definitely wasn't the case. It is also happening in the Azure Open AI Foundry Portal. I am not happy with this, that is why I cancelled the Dev Support.
