@Bernhard Stropnik, Thanks for posting in Q&A. After checking the list of Android Enterprise supported devices, I find that Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is not in the list of supported devices. That is to say, we will not be able to enroll these devices using the Android Enterprise method. Therefore, problems arise during enroll. You can contact Xiaomi and Google support to see if this model can be added to the list of supported devices in the future.

For these devices, you can currently use MAM to manage them in Intune. Here is a link with more details.
