Hi,

There are couple of issues that I am facing.

  1. I am not able to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Business premium. At the mobile verification stage, it keeps giving this error. I have tried with 2 different mobile numbers and I am getting the same error.
    1. Oops! We're having trouble verifying your phone number. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.
  2. So, I tried redeeming the azure credits on my personal mail azure account(******@gmail.com), however, when I tried to redeem I was getting the below error that:

Azure credits have already redeemed for this Microsoft account. Please link a different account or contact support

Can you please help me regarding this? I have been stuck here for the past 3 days.

    Hi Soma Siddhartha,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum. To ensure your Azure account is correctly linked to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, log in to the Founders Hub, navigate to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem under the Azure sponsorship benefits section. It may take some time for the credits to appear. Next, log in to the Azure portal with the account associated with the credits and check the Subscriptions section to confirm if a subscription labeled “Azure Sponsorship” is visible.

It sounds like you potentially linked a work account when you intended to link a personal account. This will require migrating the credits to the proper account.

You will need to work with a billing engineer to help assist with this matter. Can you please create a ticket here with them to have them ensure your credits are assigned to the proper account?

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
