Dear Pothurajur,

As instructed, I'm writing up my issue here to share the link with you.

I am the only admin for my Microsoft account and I am locked out! The authenticator app is not generating a code for me to complete the sign in process. I’ve tried unistalling and reinstalling the Authenticator app with no success. Perhaps it is because I have a new phone? I don’t know.

    Thank you for sharing details over email to address this tenant lockout scenario.

    The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.
