Urgent assistance needed to Unlock more Azure credits

I have raised 2 tickets regarding my subscription expiring on March 5th and requesting for approval to next step. Earlier I was asked for updated demo link that can work without user name password I have already provided it 1 week back. But now looks like both the tickets landed in inboxes of people that are out of office. I am not receiving any replies.
Please suggest next steps.
