We have users that are experiencing issues with connecting to both our production and development environments of databricks through our Azure subscription. Everything else in Azure is working fine for them, though. We have other users in different locations that have no issues. The issue appears to be related to our users on the east coast and specificly users in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

It seems that users in the Atlanta, Georgia area may be experiencing connection issues to Databricks workspaces due to regional limitations or specific network configurations. While the context does not provide specific troubleshooting steps for connection issues based on geographic location, it is important to ensure that the Azure subscription is properly configured and that the necessary resource providers are registered.

You may want to check the following:

    1. Ensure that the subscription is registered to use the namespace 'Microsoft.Databricks' and 'Microsoft.Compute'.
    2. Verify that there are no public IP address limits being reached in that region, as this can affect connectivity.
    3. Confirm that users have the appropriate roles and permissions to access the Databricks workspaces.

If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Azure support for further assistance.
