how do i configure users to send emails at a specific period of time

i have a company and i want certain employees to be sending emails to an email group at a specific time period, for instance, during working hours, 8AM to 3PM. email can bounce back with a response to only send during working hours.

    You can use a mail flow rule to restrict sending, the downside is that you have to periodically enable/disable the rule.
