Azure Databricks Workspace will not open and generates a blank webpage. Console says Error 429

Access to the workspace was fine last Friday, but today the webpage fails to load. I've cleared my cache, tried multiple browsers, restarted my computer and still face the same error. When I open the console in the browser I see a host of 429 errors (Too many requests). This started this morning the first time I attempted to load the workspace.
It feels like the Azure Databricks service is blocking my IP. How do I fix this?

429 (Too Many Requests) erroroccurs when a servicerate-limits your IPdue to excessive requests in a short period.
If you're getting a429 (Too Many Requests) errorwhen trying to access Azure Databricks, your IP might be temporarily blocked. The first thing to try is switching to a different network, such asVPN, to see if you can access the workspace. If it works, then your original IP is likely rate-limited.
Check with yourAzure Admin or IT teamto see if your IP has been blocked by security policies. They can look atDatabricks Admin Console,Azure Firewall,orNetwork Security Groups (NSGs)to verify if any restrictions are in place. If found, they can whitelist your IP or adjust the access rules.
You can tryrestarting the Databricks workspacefrom theAzure Portal. Sometimes, temporary service issues can be resolved by stopping and starting the workspace. To restart your Databricks cluster, go to theAzure Portal, open yourDatabricks workspace, navigate toClusters, select the affected cluster, and clickRestart.
Since Databricks workspaces aremanaged services, direct restarts are not available like they are for virtual machines or databases.
