Hi @Terry Seagert ,
It sounds like you have duplicate calendar entries in your PST file, which can be quite frustrating. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:
- Use the Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST.exe):
- Exit Outlook.
- Locate the ScanPST.exe tool, usually found in the installation directory of Office (e.g.,
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
). - Run ScanPST.exe and browse to select your PST file.
- Click on Start to scan and repair the file.
- You can refer to the Repair Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost) - Microsoft Support
- Check Default Data File:
- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- In the Data Files tab, verify which PST file is set as the default.
- Ensure only the intended PST file is active and remove any duplicates.
- Create a New PST File:
- If the above steps don't work, you can create a new PST file and move your calendar entries to the new file.
- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Data Files > Add to create a new PST file.
- Move your calendar entries from the old PST file to the new one.
I hope these steps help you resolve the issue.
