I somehow have two calendars within my pst file. This does not affect any emails, but when I have a calendar reminder it show up twice.

Looking at "My Calendars" two calendars are checked, I cannot uncheck one or both.

Is there way to repair pst file, removing one calendar?

    Hi @Terry Seagert ,

It sounds like you have duplicate calendar entries in your PST file, which can be quite frustrating. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Use the Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST.exe):
      • Exit Outlook.
      • Locate the ScanPST.exe tool, usually found in the installation directory of Office (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16).
      • Run ScanPST.exe and browse to select your PST file.
      • Click on Start to scan and repair the file.
      • You can refer to the Repair Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost) - Microsoft Support
    2. Check Default Data File:
      • Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
      • In the Data Files tab, verify which PST file is set as the default.
      • Ensure only the intended PST file is active and remove any duplicates.
    3. Create a New PST File:
      • If the above steps don't work, you can create a new PST file and move your calendar entries to the new file.
      • Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Data Files > Add to create a new PST file.
      • Move your calendar entries from the old PST file to the new one.

I hope these steps help you resolve the issue.
