I read in a document that the GPT-4 model can be deployed in Southeast Asia, but I am unable to deploy it, and I am getting an error that the region is not supported. Is there anyone who can deploy the GPT model in Southeast Asia?

At standard models, I don't see any models which can be deployed in southeastasia. When I choose Global Provisioned-managed, there is no quota to deploy. Could you tell me is it possible to deploy LLM in southeastasia
