Email grouping can sometimes be affected by how messages are threaded or grouped based on their content. In Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, for example, email threading analyzes messages to determine if they contain unique content or if they are part of a chain. This means that even if emails are under the same topic, they may not be grouped together if they have unique content or if the threading logic identifies them differently.

Additionally, in the context of grouping emails, if there are changes in how emails are categorized or if the grouping settings have been altered, this could also lead to some emails not being grouped together as expected.

    Hi @Bander Yousef Alammar ,

It sounds like your emails are no longer being grouped by conversation, which can make it harder to follow threads. Here are some steps to help you fix this issue:

    Enable Conversation View

    1. Open Outlook and go to your Inbox.
    2. Click on the View tab.
    3. Check the box for Show as Conversations.
    4. If prompted, choose whether you want to apply this setting to This folder or All mailboxes.

    Group by Date

    1. In the View tab, click on Arrange By.
    2. Select Date. This is necessary for the conversation view to work properly.

    Update Outlook

    1. Go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
    2. Ensure your Outlook is updated to the latest version, as updates can fix bugs and improve functionality.

    Reset View Settings

    1. In the View tab, click on View Settings.
    2. Click on Reset View to restore default settings.

I hope these steps help you resolve the issue.
