Have Intune Report Noncompliant Devices And Settings Emailed Daily

I have read you need to use Graph Explorer etc.. to have Intune reports emailed daily. As stated in the title, I am trying to get the "NoncompliantDevices And Settings" report emailed daily, but unclear on the exact process. Some Youtube videos state to use LogicApp and others only talk about Graph but I cannot find anything that explains how to setup this report to be emailed daily from start to finish.
