I cannot install any of the SQL Server versions. See a sample error I got from installing version 2014:

What hardware do you have?
Generally, logs from the setup attempts are available under C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\nnn\Setup Bootstrap\Log, where there is one folder per installation attempt. nnn here depends on the version of SQL Server you are trying to install. For SQL 2014 it is 120. For SQL 2022 it is 160.
Of the files in that folder, summary.txt and detail.txt are the ones of most interest. Feel free to attach them here.
But answer the question on hardware first.

also include the O/S as there are known issues with windows 11.
note: there is no support for arm processors.
It's a Lenovo Yoga Slim7 Laptop with Windows 11 OS.

Just to repeat what I said, so that you can accept this as an answer: SQL Server does not support ARM, so it will not run on this hardware.
You could possibly tried with installing only LocalDB; I have heard of some people who have been able to install LocalDB on Surface model with Snapdragon thanks to the Prism emulation. Whether that will work with the Lenovo - no idea.
