    Hi @Tyler Tomayko,

I understand that you are establishing the two tunnels in the existing VPN Gateway.

Could you please let me know if you are establishing them on-premises to Azure or within the Azure tenants?

If you are trying to establish the VPN tunnels from on-premises to Azure, refer to the document below. Firstly, you need to create a Local Network Gateway. Please follow the document below.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/tutorial-site-to-site-portal#LocalNetworkGateway
then you need to create VPN connection
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/tutorial-site-to-site-portal#CreateConnection

If you trying to establish the connectivity between VPN gateways across the azure tenants/subscriptions, please refer the below documents
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/vpn-gateway-howto-vnet-vnet-resource-manager-portal

I hope this has been helpful!
