Thanks for sharing the screenshot. The reported issue has been resolved. Based on the details in the screenshot, there was an issue with Managed Identity between 18:39 and 20:55 UTC on February 26, 2025.
The Azure team identified the issue as being related to a key rotation in the Managed Identity infrastructure. They performed manual steps to repair the key in each region, which successfully resolved the problem.
