Could you please provide more details about the issue so we can assist you better?
Are you attempting to upgrade to a higher version?
Are you restarting the server?
Also, please confirm if it is an Azure SQL database or Azure MySQL.

2025-02-26T20:50:16.9466667+00:00 No. We renewed the subscription and we are unable to access that server. It is a Azure Database for MySQL flexible server

2025-02-26T20:52:21.4766667+00:00 It is an Azure Database for MySQL flexible server. We reactivated the subscription and that is when we noticed that the server is not available. Per my screenshot below.
