Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '18fbca16-2224-45f6-85b0-f7bf2b39b3f3' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first.

Hi,

I'm trying to access Sandbox in the Learn platform but am being restricted with this message each time I try to sign-in.

I do have access to all Azure subscriptions and management groups in the tenant. Could you please help out?

Thanks

    Hello Sharang Sivasubramanian,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

As per the description, we understand that you are getting error that user does not exist in the tenant while accessing Sandbox in Learn platform (Azure AD B2C) even though you have access to subscriptions and management groups.

Please check below few key steps to troubleshoot to access Sandbox.

    1. Check Account Permissions and Re-login: It's possible that there's a temporary glitch with your account permissions. Please try logging out of MS Learn completely and then signing back in. This simple step often refreshes your access and resolves such issues.
    2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Corrupted cache or cookies can sometimes cause access problems. I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies. After doing so, restart your browser and try accessing the sandbox again.
    3. Incognito/Private Window: Although you've mentioned trying an in-private session, it's worth trying again to rule out any interference from browser extensions. Access the MS Learn Sandbox in an incognito or private window to see if that helps resolve the issue.

I suggest you refer the below documentation:

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
