Entra/Azure ID Sync is not updating the Contact Information > Email field for multiple users

Multiple users Entra ID accounts are displaying old/legacy Email addresses in the Contact Information > Email field. The email addresses are correctly synchronizing and displaying in all other Email fields in Microsoft Admin portal, Exchange, AD. This incorrect Email data is causing problems with multiple Entra ID SSO applications, preventing those users from authenticating.

    Hi @Dale Goff

    In metaverse you can check the source of wrong value.

    Did you try to move an impacted user to unsyncronized OU in order to remove it from metaverse , then move it back to synced OU.
