Getting "user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services'" Error when doing the sandbox in the Azure AZ900 Module

Question

Currently in the module "Describe the core architectural components of Azure" and at the "Exercise - Explore the Learn sandbox" section of the Module. The left window shows instructions while the right window show a sign in prompt (even though I'm already signed in). When clicking on the sign in an then asked to select which account to sign in, once selected I get the following error:

"Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '18fbca16-2224-45f6-85b0-f7bf2b39b3f3' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account."Things I've tried:

1. A different browser
2. Clearing cache and then signing in
3. Changing directory in the azure portal to "Microsoft Learn Sandbox"
4. Changing directory in the azure portal to default directory

The only posts I find with google search that talks about getting this mentions to sign into the tenet using an account that has access to grant access to the account I'm trying to login to the sandbox with. But I don't have a account that can do that in the "Microsoft Services" tenant. I'd also use a different account as the error message suggest, but create another azure account and readding all my info from the previous seems like it would be bad practice.
