Server 2016 Desktop Experience install stuck at 80%

Installed Server 2016 Server core OK, but when I went back and reinstalled Server w/ Desktop Experience, it gets stuck at 80% and ends with an error. Did this 2x thinking bad image on DVD. Should I disconnect the network connection untill after install or???
