I have an Azure Sponsorship. I am being invoiced for Pay As You Go whereas the charge should be offset against the sponsorship. There are also no usage details with the invoice

I had an Azure Sponsorship last year and there was no payment until the $5000 was utilised. I have a new sponsorship, but I am being invoiced but there are no Usage details. There is usage being logged in the Sponsorship account
