OnVUE. System Test, Launch Simulation fails to launch

While giving exam Simulation fails to launch and it got Stuck on Simulation Page.
Error -

"We're Securing your computer and launching your exam.

You are expected to follow the OnVUE testing Policies. This step can take up to 2 minutes to load depending on your device.

Thank you for your patience. "

As proctor said - please retry with launching the app again with Power-off the laptop but still facing same issue.

Issue is raised with OnVUE team - case id - 12648776
Exam - AZ-104

Please look into this do the needful.
