The error means Azure Stack HCI failed to configure the compute and management network on NODE1 due to an issue with Network ATC intent provisioning.

Did you recently change the network settings?

Is NODE1 using the correct network profile?

Run the following PowerShell command to verify Network ATC intent health state: Get-NetIntent
