Can't get Azure Virtual Machine to run

I signed up for free trial and set up a virtual machine. This is what I got when running it via RDP. This is not a virtual machine. What is this?no

    Hi,

    From your screenshot you chose a Windows Server Core image when creating the VM. Create a new VM, only this time select a non-core image, for example, [smalldisk] Windows Server 2022 Datacenter - x64 Gen2.
