How do I get my wireless keyboard or any keyboard to work again on my Dell XPS after the last Windows 11 update.

I have spent countless hours to get my Bluetooth keyboard to work again since June 2024, uninstall reinstall, updates, drivers. my internal speakers stopped working as well but my Bluetooth works for sound only and mouse and headphones. All this has happened after every update of Windows 11. Should I uninstall and reinstall windows 11? I tried Ai also, countless hours.
