How to download my report of SC-900 that, I gave the exam and failed. I followed the process given in the QNA section, i.e. profile>credentials>certifications>view details on provider site; but after clicking on the 'view details on provider site' link, it took me to the exam registration page instead of the site to download my report. I have been trying for the last 2 months, but I am unable to download it. I have tried downloading it from different devices and have logged out and logged in several times. I don't know if it is some kind of glitch, please help me get the report.

    Hi,

Please use link below to navigate to your Pearson VUE dashboard. You will need to enter address, phone number, contact email, etc. and click Submit before being redirected to your Pearson VUE dashboard.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/schedule-through-pearson-vue?action=1

There will be a delay while it redirects you, then when you reach Pearson VUE dashboard click on View score reports link in upper right corner.

Once you are on the View score reports screen, click the View button next to the exam and it will download pdf file with your score report.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was useful.
