Today I have purchased a Virtual Machine NC96ads_A100_v4. I did not know that the pricing is hourly rate even though we dont use it. I just thought it is pay as you go per hour computing cost. But turns out even if its idle I will incur charges. I tried to deploy my model to this VM but it dint really got deployed. So I have decided to do it tomorrow. But after a while I just got a notification that I have only 50% credits left in my account. Then I deleted the VM and I thought the issue is resolved and I complained to Microsoft Support team. But dint really got any response from them. Now I just checked my account and I lost $652 without even getting any benefit out of it.
I am really confused and asked chatgpt to tell me and it told me to disallocate the vm then I did it and now its normal.
I really request the microsoft team to please give those credits back because I really have to conduct a big beta test in my college where we will have around 1000+ students getting hands on our software and with $300 credits left in my account I can really do anything. Please help me in this regard.
I will be waiting for the positive response.
