Azure Devops Boards Swimlanes do not refresh properly

Our Azure Boards are configured to automatically triage WorkItems in Swimlanes. They are based on the Severity of the WorkItem. When Critical, the ticket will go in the Critical Swimlane, same for Urgent, High, Medium, Low, etc. For some reason, the WorkItems are not automatically put in the correct swimlanes.
My team opens the boards in the morning and they address the WorkItems with higher severity...but right now they are not always automatically triaged. Even if we refresh the page, they don't update in the correct swimlane. We need to manually drag and drop the element in the proper swimlane for it to "recognize" it as correct.
