Azure logic apps failure

My azure logic app failed on Feb 18 and Feb 20 at 1:15 AM UTC but succeeded on Feb 19. The http request in the logicapp says "Gateway time out" from the portal. We cant enable retry for this job since that executes multiple times which we tried before. We want to know if there is any network issue from Azure and it failed. Basically we want to know the reasons for failure and the actions to be taken
