Need to regain access to my account after losing access to Microsoft Authenticator

I recently changed my phone and Authenticator seems to be reset. I am unable to add the account and unable to access it in web as well. I. believe I am the only global admin. I have shared my details over email already with the same subject as the title here. Looking forward to a speedy response. Thanks!

    The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.
