Hi, I am unable to access "laigo1retreat.onmicrosoft.com" tenant though it was created and shown under my current Azure subscription plan. When I try to access I can see this message,

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Laigo-retreats' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

Kindly help us to restore this tenant as it is becoming critical

Hello @Avi Laigo , I understand the issue you're facing while trying to access your tenant. In order to troubleshoot this, could you please provide the following details:

Are you the owner of the subscription?

Is the application configured in the B2C or B2B tenant?

Are you assigned as a user to this application?

Additionally, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Once I have this information, I will be better able to assist you.
