AZ 104 Exam did not launch on Mac

Hi,

Yesterday I had my AZ 104 exam scheduled and when I started my exam it didn't launch. I contacted Pearson support and they said I have two MS learn accounts which might be a problem. They said they have created a support ticket but I don't have any information about the ticket and no update about what is happening with my case. I understand this can take some time but only I am expecting is proper communication and information.

Can someone please suggest if there is a way to get this resolved?
