user unable to drag and drop using classic outlook when using monitors after latest windows update.

Question

I have a user with microsoft surface laptop and was unable to drag and drop after the latest windows update when connected to any monitor.

I have:

• I ensured the user outlook classic was up to date 
• disabled any add ins 
• ran it in safe mode 
• went through the registry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System and updated the UA Dword to 0 and restarted the pc 
• I went to her to do in her classic outlook and turned on tasks to drag and drop and did not work
• I updated and switched the drivers of the monitors as well but to no avail
• I ran sfc /scannow on cmd and no issues populated 
• uninstalled the update and still did not work as well

I did resolve the issue by adjusting her other monitors to 100 resolution rather than 150% then classic was able to drag and drop but users main pc screen cant be adjusted to 125 otherwise outlook classic drag and drop does not work.

Based on my research, i found other user encounter the similar issue and resolve it by uninstalling the recent update related to a Windows 11 preview. It's suggested that you could try the suggestion. More information: Did a recent update change my ability to drop and drag within outlook?
