    Hi

This issue might be related to the user profile not correctly migrated. Please give a try to the following steps.

    1. Log in to the laptop with a local administrator account.
    2. Go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings.
    3. Under the Advanced tab, click on Settings in the User Profiles section.
    4. Select the old user profile that is showing the error and click on Delete.
    5. Restart the laptop and try logging in with the user account again.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
