Issue with PL-300 Certification Exam on February 14th

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during the PL-300 Data Analyst certification exam on Friday, February 14th. Throughout the exam, my screen went blank twice, and I had to initiate a chat request and wait for the chat to be accepted, which resulted in the exam being restarted. Each time the screen went blank, it occurred when I was using Microsoft Learn, a resource I relied on during the exam.
This issue severely impacted my exam experience by not only preventing me from accessing Microsoft Learn but also significantly reducing my available time to complete the exam. As a result, I was unable to read and respond to the questions at a normal pace, leading to increased stress and uncertainty about finishing the exam.
I previously submitted a comment on Friday, but I have yet to receive a response. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter, as I believe such situations should be addressed accordingly to ensure a fair testing experience.
