How to fix my web office size?

Question

I don't know how that happened, but everything just shrunk, i can barely see any options or letters. Zooming in, pressing ctrl and + or cntr and scroll with the mouse only change the size of the actual document not the page/ribbon etc.

I have both restarted and completely shut down my laptop, but when i open a document, it still looks like that.

On top of that this is the second day that i can't create a new document from the web page. I can only do that using the Microsoft copilot app on my laptop

Do these issues occur with other browsers and machines?

According to the image you shared, you are using Edge, please select the ellipses (…) in the upper-right corner of your Edge browser window, go to Settings > Appearance > Zoom, check the page zoom settings.

I suggest you create a new file directly on OneDrive online: https://onedrive.live.com/login/ and check if you do it properly.
