I keep getting error messages when trying to submit a chat in chat playground using my own data. What do I do?

Test without custom data by running a chat with the base model. If the model responds correctly without custom data but fails when using it, the problem likely lies with the data connection.

Check the query type and index name to ensure they match the expected format in your data source. If using Azure Cognitive Search, confirm that the index name is correctly specified.
