I have an http streaming azure function that deploys intermittently. I have a version working on one premium function app but not on another. The app that is not working was working but has since stopped. I've tried redeploying the code but it is no longer deploying.
I need to have consistent deployments and stable functions for a production service.

2025-02-19T09:02:20.8466667+00:00 I also notice that I am supposed to be on Azure Functions runtime version 4.34.1, or a later version but the Overview page of the function app is showing Runtime version: 4.1036.2.2. My runtime setting is showing as '~4'.
