Problem getting account verified in Microsoft Partner Center

Hi, I have been trying to get my account verified in the Microsoft Partner Center, so that I can "add MPN ID to verify publisher", when creating an app registration. My goal is that my customers can sign into my web application using their own Microsoft account. So that a verified badge will appear in various places (e.g. during sign in), including the application consent screen, I have to associate a verified Microsoft Partner Center (MPN) account with my application.

That requires me to register my business as a Microsoft Partner.

I am failing to do this, because there is a problem with the documents that I have uploaded. I used an invoice for the domain name, which unfortunately contains not only an invoice date, but also a date from when the domain name registration extension will be valid, which is in the future. It seems that the rules are quite strict, and I was told "the documents you’ve shared has future date All documents submitted must be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least two months away."

I have double and triple checked the document, and it fulfils these requirements!

Anyway, on the third attempt, the verification process has now been blocked, with the message: "Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification."

What can I do to restart the process, as I would like to try to become verified, using a different document?
