HOW TO SUBMIT COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES QUOTA INCREASE TICKET?

Azure portal support / ticket creation does not allow creation of email quota increase ticket. It only loops back to documentation after selecting the resource and then selecting Quota Increase as topic.

How and where can I submit my quota increase ticket?

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately those documents do not provide any help.

Azure portal / Quotas does not include Azure Communication Services email quota.

In this documentation, point 5 instructs to submit a ticket with justification:

However, it is not possible to create such ticket throu Azure/support as instructed. Azure portal ticket creation process just loops back to documentation. No possibility to create an actual ticket with the information instructed in the above linked documentation.

Small Tip here Create this in full screen else you may not see create support request tab in the 6th step and seems that's where it is missing.
