Tengo creado 3 runbooks para prender VM a las 01:00, 02:00 y 03:00, han venido trabajando sin problema mas de 6 meses, sin embargo hoy no se encendió una VM cuando se ejecutó el runbooks de las 01:00, al revisar la ejecución tengo este warning.

Connect-AzAccount: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (management.azure.com:443)

y estos 2 errores segundos después:

No subscription found in the context. Please ensure that the credentials you provided are authorized to access an Azure subscription, then run Connect-AzAccount to login.

Los otros 2 se ejecutaron sin problema. Luego de 2 horas ejecuté manualmente el runbook de las 01:00 y se ejecutó sin problema.

Porqué pudo haberse dado este problema, según el mensaje hubo un problema de conexión, pero no se qué mas revisar.
