Do you have the same issue in Teams web client?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Network Stability:

     • Verify that your internet connection is stable during meetings. A weak or intermittent connection could cause Teams to disconnect you unexpectedly.

     • If possible, try using a wired connection or a different network to see if the issue persists.

    1. Update Microsoft Teams:

     • Ensure that you're using the latest version of Teams. If an update is available, install it. Outdated software sometimes leads to unexpected behavior.

    1. Clear Teams Cache:

     • For Windows: Close Teams completely, then navigate to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\ and delete (or move) the contents of the Cache folder. Restart Teams and sign in again.

     • For macOS: Quit Teams, go to ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/ and remove the cache files. Then, reopen Teams.
