How can I determine which endpoint caused the health check to fail and what error message is being thrown by the endpoint?

Hi @Bharathi Hattikal, it seems you misunderstand the Health Checks middleware usage. I think you need read the official document: Health checks in ASP.NET Core.
here see i am getting the unhealth health check message i am getting from where i need go add check the reason of this error message
