Hello ,
I am trying to enroll in Partner center Program but after i login with my work account i got this screenshot, also i am sure that my work account is a global administrator for the orgnization ,
Also, when i go to program section to enroll in Microsoft AI cloud Program i got this message also
I don't know what should i do in this case, thank you for your help.

You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.
