How long has this user not logged into an account?
Have you backed up the user's files?
Verify that the permissions for the folders and files are correctly set. Even after reassigning the license, the permissions might need to be manually adjusted.
Sometimes, unlinking and relinking the OneDrive account can help. You can do this by:
- Right-clicking the OneDrive icon in the system tray.
- Selecting "Settings."
- Going to the "Account" tab and clicking "Unlink this PC."
- After unlinking, sign back in to OneDrive and resync the folders.
