What does the mark on the folder in Sharepoint means

Please i need your help on this issue.

I would like to know what does the mark on top of the folder in Sharepoint means.

If you're talking about those things highlighted in yellow, it means those items were added to the list or library recently (like within the last 24 hours).

It's the default behavior of SharePoint that newly created items are specially marked out so that we can find the newly created items more easily.
