How create OUTBOX rules in Outlook PWA (new)

Question

Traditional Outlook Desktop offers advanced rules for emails that are apparently missing in the new Outlook PWA (new) app. Most notably, while I can create rules for emails arriving in my INBOX, I cannot find any method to create rules for emails that I'm SENDING. For the sake of clarity, let's call this an "OUTBOX rule".

For example, I want to:

• Create a rule to put a 15-minute delay on any email sent to a particular person. This allows me some time to catch any errors that I notice after clicking the send button, or if I accidentally send the email before I'm finished writing it.
• Create a rule to prevent me from accidentally sending an email from my work account to a specific personal contact.
• Create a rule to blind copy an outgoing email to another specific person.

Please let me know if this possible with the new Outlook PWA app or if I have to switch back to traditional Outlook Desktop to achieve this. Secondly, if I create a rule using Outlook Desktop, will the new Outlook PWA honor the same OUTBOX rule created in Desktop or will it simply ignore these rules since it does not support OUTBOX rules directly.

The new Outlook and the browser version of Outlook on the Web only support a subset of rules that run on the server side.
Rules for outgoing emails are client rules and are only supported in classic Outlook.

Do you mean New Outlook for Windows or Outlook (PWA) which installed from web site?

Based on my research, i found that rules can only apply to the received emails in New Outlook for Windows and Outlook (PWA).

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
